Man Booker Prize

The Man Booker Prize is an annual award for English fiction written by an author from the Commonwealth or Ireland. (Originally this prize was created as the Booker McConnell Prize and previously known as the "Booker Prize".)
The prize is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year (2008).
